Important Information
Our Packages
- Our clients receive up to 2 x recruitment assignments per month (with a salary package of up to $100,000) as part of the service provided for the 12-month Ultimate HR Suite.
Please note that “on-site” services are available with locations within 20km of the Melbourne CBD. If the head office is located outside of this, the client and the consultant can negotiate upon the regularity of HR presence.
For recruitment services, if there is a termination of employment within three (3) months of the new entrant starting employment, PropertyOne HR will commence the search for the replacement and appoint a replacement as soon as possible. This will be of no extra charge to the client if the position description is the same. If the client changes the position description then an additional charge will apply.
Depending on the nature of the position – some position descriptions may be more than 2 pages.
Exclusions
- Costs associated with VISA sponsorship (e.g. 482 visas) or Permanent Residency.
Costs associated with Background Checks (e.g. Police Checks, Working with Children, Bankruptcy Check), etc.
- Participation at the Fair Work Commission (or any other government bodies) if the company has not provided appropriate training to all people managers or involved HR at the earliest possible stage of a pending dispute.
